I mainly got this coat because I work outside all year round. I have so many different wi tee coats and I have to say, this one is by far the best $70 I have ever spent. The fit is true to size! I’m a thin medium build and it fits perfectly with enough room to add a layer (which you won’t need). When I first opened the package and pulled the code out I was a little shocked by how light this coat was I was almost disappointed because I thought maybe it wasn’t going to keep me warm enough boy was I wrong I have tested it on several different days with different temperatures. Extreme Temps: First time it was about 32 degrees, I had a sweatshirt on and the coat. I thought I would die from the heat. I work at a nursery so I’m constantly moving around. Second time it was about 25 degrees and windy. I had a long sleeve under shirt with a t short over it and the coat. Again it was to warm as well. This coat holds the body heat inside like a wet suit does. Keep in mind I’m constantly moving around generating heat. I put it to the true test a few days ago. Third time, I was at home it was exactly, 12 degrees outside, extremely windy about 30miles an hour. , sleet and snowing, I just had a tank top on and this coat. ( was early in the morning) took my dogs outside, I never felt the wind come through this coat! Everything was freezing but where my coat was, I was warm. I was outside about 20min not working, not generating heat, just waiting on my dogs (I have 5) to finish their business. I was totally ok it held in my own body heat. Air does not escape the coat, wind does not get through this coat! Rain and Ice: like I said I work at a nursery so I’m around water all the time. Rain never soaked into this coat, repelled off. Shook off the rain, coat was dry to the touch! Coat is well made and really sharp looking. Super light, easy to move in does not weigh you down like most winter coats do. arms are long enough so it doesn’t rise up if your reaching for something. Adjustable cuffs so if you have gloves on you tighten the cuf around it. So on average on any given day, if it’s 35 or below I where this coat with just a t shirt. If it’s above 35, coat is way to warm. You never want to sweat working outside in the winter. Downside: I wish it had zippered vent holes to release body heat when working outside! I gave it 5 stars! And so never usually do that unless it’s a too notch product!

I’m very satisfied with this women’s waterproof ski jacket. The pink color is beautiful and stylish, and it looks great as a winter jacket without sacrificing functionality. I had the same winter coat for a many years until it finally fell apart. After a lot of looking I purchased this coat last year and absolutely loved it. It seemed to be excellent quality and the XL fit me pretty well except for being a little tight at the bottom but once it was zipped up and pulled down over my hips it was never an issue. My keys did snag the stitching on one of the pockets causing it to easily become un stitched from the inside the first month but that was a fairly easy sewing job to repair it. Otherwise it kept me toasty warm and completely dry all of last winter, way better than any coat I have ever had and because it is such great quality that I expected it to last at least a few years. Unfortunately the zipper broke and now the teeth just separate when I am wearing it from the center so now I have this really great winter coat that is less than a year old that is basically useless because I can no longer zip it up. I always felt that the zipper was the weak link on this coat compared to the quality of the rest of it. The zipper seemed a bit cheap. And I did get a lot of use our of it as I was wearing the coat every day last season and putting it on at least 3 times a day to walk the dogs. So that definitely is a lot of zipping. Still, I did expect to get more than one season out of the coat. That said I loved it so much and the sale price is reasonable that I will be purchasing another one of the brand in a different style and hopefully have better luck with the zipper next time. For now it's loosing a star because of the zipper not lasting otherwise it would have been 5 stars all the way.

Love the jacket especially for the price! I’ve only worn it once but so far I love it. I only wore a thermal long sleeve fleece shirt underneath nothing else and was plenty warm. Stayed dry although it wasn’t actively raining or snowing and I don’t fall too much but jacket was waterproof enough. Nice pockets. I like having a bright color on the slopes because my family can easily find me lol. It was hard to keep track of my boyfriend because every guy has the same dark colors on and I couldn’t tell where he was & never saw him pass me Down the hill!! So it’s nice to be a bright color.. I can’t speak to the longevity of the jacket since I’ve only worn it once, but it seems to be decent quality. Initially, I was going to return it because I found a Roxy jacket in store on sale that had some features of a nicer snowboarding jaxket (such as snow guards at the wrists & bottom as well as a double lining) but the rocky jaxkwt medium was too tight and the large was too big . This medium jacket fit true to size and was much for comfortable. It was also a third of the price of the Roxy so I kept this one & returned the more expensive one and was happy I did. My only complaint is I wish that it had a snow guard at the wrists. The Velcro to tighten around the gloves was a little difficult but overall not a huge deal . If I was a snowboarder with my hands on the ground more, it may have been more of an issue, but as a skier, no problem very happy with this purchase. I’m 5’3 145lbs if that helps medium is perfect size for me !

The weather was cold and dreary, with heavy rain and strong winds throughout most of the trip. My only complaint is that the sleeves could be slightly longer. I’m 5’8” with a roughly 6-foot wingspan, so sleeve length can be an issue for me sometimes. Ordered this jacket for an upcoming trip. The blue color and contrasting trim are lovely. I like the length of the coat as it comes just below my hip area. Downside - smelly when unpacked, but will air it out for a few days. Not as “heavy” as expected but hope it is warm enough. Hood is nice and big enough to cover face during any possible rains. Ordered a medium - a bit large on me, but I can layer sweatshirts and such underneath, reference 64 YO, 5’7 140 , size 6-8-10 depending on designer. I am always in between sizes of small and medium and will keep the medium.
