This is a high-quality FR hoodie for a great price. It has that double thick mock-neck collar which I zip all the way up when it's really cold, and being double thick it really cuts the cold very nicely. It fits my neck snugly but not too tight. I bought the medium size. I'm medium build and 5' 10" at 175 lbs., and the medium fits me perfectly with a t-shirt and a heavy weight long sleeve shirt underneath. I don't like my winter hoodies too loose because the body heat escapes that way. If I wanted to layer one MORE thick shirt underneath, I would prefer the large size, so I would not feel constricted. So, this hopefully gives you an idea of how the hoodie fits. If I wanted a roomy hoodie, I would definitely get a large for myself since it runs slightly small. The only improvement I would make would be an inside pocket, but for this price it is still an excellent value. It looks to be well-made and durable.

Nice heavy duty FR sweatshirt at a decent price. The zipper is a little wonky and takes some manipulating to get it to zip. It seems there is a little bit of play in it and it wants to get hung up. I think adding a bit of wax might help it, but when considering the cost of this 14oz hoodie vs other lighter weight options that are far more expensive, the zipper problem can be dealt with for the cost savings. I love the mock neck that zips all the way up to close off the neck area when it is windy. Living in south Texas, this is heavy enough to serve as a winter "coat" for all but the coldest days down here.
