I bought this jacket on January 11, 2026 and almost returned it at first because I wasn’t sure about the look. What changed my mind was the performance. During a winter storm with freezing temperatures, I was able to sit outside in my gazebo every night and stay comfortable,no other heat except the jacket,. I started using the highest heat setting, but I realized all the heat levels work well and you can definitely feel the difference between them. One thing I didn’t expect is how warm the jacket feels even when the heat isn’t turned on. It has aluminum-style lining (which I wasn’t a fan of at first) actually does a great job holding heat. That feature alone made me like the jacket. The neck heating zone is my favorite. I never really thought about warming my neck before, but it makes a huge difference in overall comfort. The outer layer is thin, but there’s just enough insulation inside to give a cozy feel without making the jacket bulky. It’s lightweight but still effective, water proof too. Battery life is about an hour on the highest setting, lower settings last longer. Overall, this jacket is spot on for me looking to be able to be outside during the cold months, and the price is great compared to others with less heating zones. Hope this helps.

The battery did not stay charged as it indicated and I had a charger with me to recharge while out in it. The medium fit was perfect. It has plenty of pockets which is always nice. The material feels good and the jacket stays in place, doesn't ride up . The zipper worked well . I will probably give another review after I have worn it more.

The only complaint is the zipper. It's catchy or sticky however you want to describe it. Not user-friendly when you are trying to insert the leader in and start to zip up. Otherwise it is a great coat. And extremely warm. You actually have to turn the heat down. I do appreciate that it is comfortable and a good coat. For the cost a very good price and deal.
